Sort by Edit Time not working for me in LR Classic 12.3 release

Editing mutliple images in Lightroom Classic 12.3 release. Move to library mode and sort by 'Edit time' to find this is not doing working. Any solutions are welcomed? Thank you

Do any of the other sort modes work ok? When I have experienced this, a reset of Preferences solved it.

I mentioned that it was working in other circumstances not to belittle your problem but to suggest it was something particular to the steps you were taking or details of your configuration, and thus knowing more details could help resolve the problem. Without such details, it will be very difficult to help.
