Lightroom is not able to process a spherical 360° panorama with 137 Pictures? how adobe can fix same?

adobes stitching engine (CR, LR, PS) ...
1. isn't optimized for such workloads (RAM, swap space, GPU support etc.)

2. cannot think around the 360°/0° borders
3. can only think flat. so the +90°/-90° poles (zenith/nadir) cannot be created.

What happens, when you try? What is your computers main storage? How many pixels, do you think, should Lightroom process? How much room is for temporary files?
