split toning not found in LRC or LR

Dear LR users:

 

Can anyone help on this? 

 

Looked through all the panels. Not there.

The Split Toning panel was replaced in LR 10 by the enhanced Color Grading panel (which retains compatibility with older presets using Split Toning).  See here to learn more:
