spot removal tool and brushes have disappeared

My spot removal tool has diappeared from the develop menu and in the heal menu most of the features have also disappeared. I have a limited mask. Does anyone know how to get them back?

In a first step please try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

Spot removal is now incorporated into the healing brush. Masking was introduced in October 2021 and has been getting incremental improvements. Once you have a mask active, you should be able to see all the usual local adjustment capabilities.
