Sticky Arrow Keys

There is an ongoing bug that other users have reported on forums where arrow keys will become stuck while nagivating photos in the library panel. It's not my keyboard, it's not other software, it's a bug with lightroom classic and I can't find a solution anywhere else online. Please fix this problem
