I kept asking Adobe for helps several times but I got nothing. They just keep telling me to try to install and put the serial number. Guess what? It's not working. I've been using it for few years but Im not able to access any files. This is very disappointing. I paid for it and now Im not able to use it. I need to resolve this issue ASAP.
