Stops working - Error Encountered

Question

I am having problems particularly with AI Denoise which often just stops working saying an errod has been encountered and LR needs to close. when setting numerous files to denoise at once it often fails. ANy hints?

"LRC also converts my files to DNGs when applying AI Denoise. Can I stop this from happening and if so how?" That's just the way Enhance works, and there's nothing you can do to change it.

"AI Denoise which often just stops working saying an error has been encountered and LR needs to close." Most problems with LR's AI commands are caused by older, buggy graphics drivers. Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4If that doesn't help, please copy/paste here the entire contents of the LR menu command Help > System Info -- that will let us see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
