Lightroom Classic on Apple desktop. Hard drive is full. If I move photos to a cloud service will the Lightroom edits/files stay connected with the pictures?

Lightroom Classic cannot work with photos in the cloud. It has to have the photos on a local disk. Best solution is to buy more storage, such as an external HD

I moved your post to the Lightroom Classic forum. If you move your photos from within Lightroom, yes all of your edits will still be there. I suggest you move your images to an external hard drive.
