Strange copy&paste behaviour with radial filter after 10.4 upgrade

Question

I notice that after the last upgrade (to version 10.4) when i copy&paste settings from a photo to another or even use the "Past setting from previous", the radial filter retain the correct value and position, but lose the shape of the circle. The pasted circle is always different both in dimention and orientation and i must go through all the photos to fix it one by one!
I am on a Windows laptop. Someone else notice that behaviour?

LR has longstanding bugs with copying local adjustments, and 10.2 fixed some of them while introducing new ones. As a workaround while waiting for Adobe to fix these, you could use the Copy Settings plugin.
