Stuck at "uploading metadata" eveytime.

I'm using

macOS : Lighroom Classic

iPhone & iPad : Lighroom mobile app.

 

I'm working with ipad/iphone to brief post editing

and I work with macOS to finish the editing of my photos.

 

In addition, before send my final product to my client,

I check the tone/manner and how the photos is visualized on iPhone & iPad screens.

 

What I want to say is, syncing is one hell of big and necessary function of my work flow.

 

However, Recently,

Lightroom freqeuntly stuck at "infinite syncing" issues when I import and sync the photos.

Following is my workflow.

 

1. Mount SD Card and import photos on macOS LRC

2. Make Collections (not all photos, I do selections before sync and 20~30 photos at all) and make this new collection folder to be sync on adobe cloud.

3. I turn up iPhone/iPad and sync the newly build collections

4. After I check all the photos are loaded on iPhone/iPad -> Edit the photo

5. Turn on macOS LRC, wait for photos to be sync ( from iphone to adobe cloud, and from adobe cloud to macOS)

6. After the photos are synced -> Finalize the editing

7. Turn on my iPhone/iPad and check the photo before I send them to my client.

 

Everytime when I newly build collections, somewhere in step 4/5/6, one or two photos are stuck at "infinite sync" error. Its really really really really annoying.

This error has happened ever since I started use LRC. However, recently, it happened more frequently, I mean, almost every time I import and build a new collection, this error is happened...

 

What I've tried are

1. "Rebuild Sync Data" on macOS LRC

2. Delete the collection and rebuild the collection

3. go to Lighroom web version and check "Sync Issue" file.

However, I cannot solve the problem, when it happens.

 

What I need is

1. GIVE ME THE REAL and PRACTICAL and WORKING SOLUTION to deal with this issue

2. Please Update or Re-program or I don't know what the S/W engineer guys' terminology, but, SOLVE THIS SOFTWARE OR CLOUD OR WHAT EVER THE PROBLEM NOT TO HAPPEN THIS INFINITE SYNCING SUTCKING NIGHTMARE

Yes I still suffer the problem. I happnes randomly and there are 3~4 files that still "syncing" forever.

I've given up fix them and so annoying. Plus, I'm worrying whenever using the Lightroom.

Please indicate the actual version number of, your macOC, Lightroom Classic, and Lightroom mobile app.

Do not state, latest, up to date, state the actual numeric number.
