stuck on temporaryRepairedCatalogue.lrcat-journal

I was trying to repair a corrupted .lrcat file, but as soon as the dialogue appeared that it was being repairing it suddenly disappeared.  Rather than allowing it to finish I foolishly tried to do the same action again.  Then I couldn't open LRC at all so I uninstalled and reinstalled it.  However, now I don't even have a lrcat file at all.  Instead all I have is a file named temporaryRepairedCatalogue.lrcat-journal.  Since I am rather new to this couild someone explain to me how I can resolve this issue and get LRC working again?

Using Windows File Explorer, bring up the drive and the folder on that drive that your catalog is in. Share with us a screenshot of that content.

something like (not exactly):

I would like to do that but I can't take a screenshot anywhere on the
page. Also, I can't copy and paste it into Paint either. Sorry.

Here's the best shot I could get with my cell phone camera.
