Subject Selection does not work.

Enclosed are two screenshots showing the image with a subject (Seagull) but the subject selection cannot pick it up.

I tried enclosed is the CR3 file, but that is not a valid file here. Also tried  to rename the CR3 as CR2 hoping this report will accept it, but it did not. So now enclosing the exported JPG.
