Question

Subject selection for masking, after 2 or 3 photos, it doesn't work anymore

I'm having some problems with lightroom since I installed the new update. 

When I use the subject selection for masking, after 2 or 3 photos, it doesn't work anymore. It shows an error.

Also, after a few photos edited, the program shuts down (this happened a few times now).

How can I fix this?

I've now returned to version 11, just to be able to work but I would really like to install the update....

Still couldn't figure out what is wrong... anyone has ideas?

In LrC, click on help, click on System Info, copy that info,

In Notepad or some text editor, paste that info.

(or you can just paste the whole thing in a reply)

Then copy out the part about your GPU.

 

Interested in what GPU you have and what driver. The info will look like:

 

Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (31.0.15.1748)
Init State: GPU for Export supported by default
User Preference: Auto

Is this computer a laptop? Well, actually a Notebook?

As opposed to a desktop or workstation

And if you have a desktop, then you could install a proper GPU card to replace that very inadequate unit.

Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

 

What is the word for word error message?

It's LrC v12.
The message is in portuguese, but translated it means: 'Some error
occurred. Some unexpected error has occurred and your request couldn't be
concluded.'
