Super Resolution since Version 12

Hi all.

Super resolution gave me amazing results from my Leica SL2-S (24 MP DNG-Files).

Since Version 12 the output is absolute garbage, looks like something from Google Maps 3D view or with some weird aquarell filter in Photoshop.

I've attached the original, the original in 200pct crop, the weird output and an exemplary output from version 11, which i was VERY happy with.

additional info: bug only appears if I apply super resolution on a Panorama.

To add another bug, the exposure is totally off after the Super Resolution is added. Before this, the image would be the same.
