Sychronisation between Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC / Online inconsistend

I have 244 pictures in an album with ARW Raw pictures in Lightroom Classic synced to the cloud. I edited them on my iPad. The edits where synced to the cloud as well and the chnges can be seen online, on my Android phone and even in Lightroom CC on the Windows PC. In Lightroom Classic the edits of some of the pictures where not be synced.

When I change an edit in a picture on an other device or in Lightroom CC on the same PC, the change will be synced to Lightroom CC in a short time in all directions except Lightroom Classic.

If I change the picture in Lightroom Classic, now it will be synced and overrides all the changes done prior.

In the Developer part, in the Snapshots, now I can find a Lr mobile Snapshot. There I will find the change done prior.
