Sync and Collection issue with Lightroom

I've had these issues for a week now and it's driving me crazy as Adobe's support has been truly awful, I've had remote support but noone can help fix the issue.

I'm having major issues with Lightroom syncing with the cloud it just stops in Lightroom and in creative cloud is showing errors with syncing my library and now pictures in my collections, when I right click Lightroom says they're not in any collections even though they are, because they're in the collection folder, and that seems to have gone through all my collections. I'm using a MAC with Ventura, can anyone help?
