sync error, but no issues in "sync issues" collection - HELP!

I am getting this error in my lrsynclog.html (after running generate diagnostic files)

I am not a member that uses sync much. So, take this with a grain of salt.

If I read your post correctly, you got to this  screen, via the Cloud icon, bringing up the Sync preferences tab, and using the ALT key then slicking on a button:

Now, as a person who does not sync, clicking on that does nothing. (or I have a problem).

But, if I bring up on the web (lightroom.adobe.com)  I can see:

Does yours look different as well?
