Question

Sync error from Classic to cloud

I have been struggling with syncing my Lightroom classic collections to Lightroom. If I check the sync option on any collection there just does not follow a sync activity. I have reinstalled Lightroom classic, but now it just shows the syncing symbol on the top right while preferences --> syncing still does not show any syncing activity. Nothing in upload, download or pending. In my catalog beneath "all photos" it shows the pictures in "all synchronized photos" that I want to upload to the cloud but nothing has been uploaded. I just don't know what to do and have not found any help in any article about syncing problems. (Which are mostly about problems of not finishing the synchronization process while mine does not even start to synchronize)

I would be really grateful for any help on this...

I reset the preferences, but still the same problems. Now it says 43 photos synchronizing again, but there is no sync activity shown in preferences. (And there are more than 43 photos to be synchronized). It also says in preferences --> Lightroom synchronization "Uploads:" that there are 74 photos synchronized with my Adobe Id but there are none shown in Lightroom mobile although it says everything in synced there. Also, it says that only 23mb are used of the cloud storage space so there can't be 74 photos synced... I have no idea what to do

Take a look in lightroom.adobe.com. You will need to login to see if in fact, your images made it to your Adobe Cloud account.

Unfortunately, there are no photos synced to Lightroom.

Have you checked the cloud icon at top right corner of LrC as to whether or not Sync is 'Paused'? I've attached an example screenshot indicating that sync is paused.

Sync is not paused. Before I reinstalled Lightroom it said that everything is synced and saved (green check mark) while nothing was synced and no storage was used. Now it says that 47 photos are being synchronized but it is just stuck at loading and I also have way more than 47 photos that I am synchronizing. Also, like I said, when I go to preferences --> syncing it shows 0 pictures in queue and no syncing activity.
