Sync Errors between Lightroom Classic (13.0.1) and Lightroom mobile (V9.0.1)

For weeks after the updates, I have had problems in the synchronization between Lightroom Classic (13.0.1) and Lightroom mobile (V9.0.1). I have already spent hours with Adobe Support. Unfortunately, the support has not yet found a solution either. To me, it looks like the masking causes the problems. At the very beginning, "pause" and "restart" seemed to help. Then log out and log in again. But now nothing helps anymore. By the way, after a LRc restart, the status says that everything would be synchronized. When I then pause and restart, a synchronization begins. Either new pictures, or and now it's going crazy, from some "libraries". This libaery synchronization continues without any result. Has anyone had similar experiences?

These are the "weared" libaries which shall be syncronised. If you click on one, it links to an image shown on Ligztroom Web and it is an image where settings have been not uploaded to "mobile" or "Web" from LRc. Any idea how I can "push" all settings in LRc to mobile ?  That would help

Since weeks the Adobe Service tries to solve my Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Mobile Syncronisation problem. I got many ideas and I have tried all of them, even it took me hours. After the new ideas the Adobe specialist always disappear and I must start again with the chat bot. Today was extremely weared. The Chat bot wanted to connect me with a specialist and asked me about some details, which I gave. Then the chat was abonded because service has been closed. That was 2 hours before lines shall be closed. Is this the service I must expect if I pay so much money to Adobe ?
