Sync from LR Web to LRC not syncing

Using Mac OS 15.3

LRC 14.0.1

LR on iphone ios 10.1.1

changes and additions to albums sync correctly from IOS to LR web (lightroom.adobe) but never get sent to LRC

However changes made in LRC are synced to LR web and then on to LR IOS

-it appears this may have started in early January, the last update I did was Dec / 24 and sync appears to have been working fine then

-based on questions from others I can confirm I am using the same adobe account across all platforms, sync is enabled

Any suggestions for how to diagnose or address greatly appreaciated.

Hey, @Kfreud. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. We can figure out more with the Diagnostic report. In Lightroom Classic Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and hold the ALT/OPT Key to generate a Diagnostic report.

Great job summarizing what works and what doesn't; it helps. In Lightroom Classic, start by adding flags/ratings or minor edits to images in collections that don't sync correctly and wait for this change to sync to the cloud.

If nothing changes after some time, log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA) on a desktop with your Lightroom Account and check the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section. If you have a backup of these images, you can clear them out and delete them from the deleted section.

You can clear the Deleted Tab in Lightroom Web to iron out underlying sync issues. Once you have cleared them out, let Lightroom Classic run for a while to resolve most of the issues.

Thanks!

@Sameer K

Appologies it has taken me a while to get back to this...

I ran the Diagnostic report, I also cleared out sync issues.

Sync seems to be working fine now.

Thanks so much for your assistance
