Sync is totally stuck.

been on numerous calls with adobe reps to no avail since October. Synced images in Lightroom delete from Collections in Lightroom classic. Have uploaded the diagnostics log with no response. Please help

We're sorry about the sync issue in Lightroom. I'll move this thread to the Lightroom Classic board for now.

We're aware of it, and our team is investigating it. Could you roll back to Lightroom Classic V13.2 and check if this helps solve your sync issue?

I am not sure how to do that? And won't I lose use of all the updates in lightroom classic ?
