Sync Issue Lightroom Classic

Hello all. I am moving from LR cloud to LR classic. I have synced LR classic but get the same 5 files saying they are downloading. I have tried rebooting etc and used the 'rebuild sync data' in LR but the files are still there. I do not recognise the Laptop reference but it looks like a laptop name. Any help resolving this greatly appreciated. Thank you!
