Sync issues with Adobe Classic

My clients are telling me they are being asked by Adobe to sign into their account or creat and accounty when I put up a gallery and they just want to select a favorite or leave a note. This has never happened before and I need to resolve this ASAP. Proofing is NOT enabled, so they should not have to log into a gallery that I am only sharing so my clients could mark their favorites.

When sharing an album with clients, an Adobe account is always required if the client wishes to add Comments or Likes. It's always been like that as far as I recall. However, simple viewing of the album online does not require an Adobe account.

Can you please give us more details on how are you sharing the album? What are the steps you are following to share the gallery with your clients ?
