Sync Lightroom Classic Catalog to the cloud

I have the 1TB plan and while I do a lot of work on my PC using LR Classic, I would like to sync my entire catalog to the cloud so I can edit on the go, revisit old photos from my phone, etc.  It seems it's all about the collections though, and not just put my catalog with folder structure in the cloud.  I don't want a mess of 30,000 photos in one lump on the cloud which is what it seems to do when I try to just use my catalog, nor do I want to make a new collection for each folder I have.  With Adobe pushing cloud integration so much, why is it so hard to sync a catalog?

Is there any solution to this mess?

While Lightroom Classic can be synced to the cloud, Adobe is not pushing that at all. On the contrary, Adobe has said that Lightroom Classic won't get new sync features, and Lightroom CC is the cloud oriented version. So no, there is no way to change this and most likely there won't be a way to change it in the future either. You'll have to sync collections, and if you don't use collections yet, that means you'll have to start using them.
