Sync Lightroom on New Computer with Smugmug

Hello! I have a problem with my sync. My deal is that I had a smugmug gallery kept on my last pc. Now I have a new laptop and it doesn't have my galleries like it did on my old pc. I don;t know how to friggin sync and I'm going crazy. Please someone help?

Legend

In Publish Services click Setup on the Smugmug tab.
Click “Connect with SmugMug”
Click the Sync Now button when it becomes active
When you see all the galleries click “Save”
