Sync not working

I'm a pretty fluid user in Lightroom.

I'm attempting to use Lightroom Classic and sync some images to my iPad.

The collection name/album name is syncing - but no photos.

I've tried going to Lightroom.adobe.com and seeing if something was blocking it, but it wasn't.

However,r if i add something to regular Lightroom, to that album/collection, it shows up. The hangup just seems to be on Lightroom Classic. It's not syncing out.

Any ideas?

@DdeGannes  AFAIK, there are no known issues that suggest that Lightroom Classic and Lightroom desktop should not be used on the same computer. It's just that you need to understand how they both sync with the cloud. I think the only thing that is not recommended is migrating a Lightroom Classic catalog to Lightroom desktop and then continue to use that catalog in Lightroom Classic.

@ryandevoll What I have found is that I sometimes need to click on the little cloud icon to get syncing to start after I have edited an already synced photo. New photos added to a synced collection sync as expected. Did you click on that cloud icon to see if Lightroom Classic reports any issues? You only mentioned looking online, but if Lightroom Classic does not sync up a photo, then obviously you won't see anything about that photo online, because it has not synced up yet.

Are you using Lightroom and Lightroom Classic on the same computer?

This is not recommended.
