Sync stalled after upgrading to Mac Studio

Since upgrading to a Mac Studio last week, syncing to Lightroom Classic has stopped entirely. The sync window is stuck showing 19 files as syncing:

But the preferences window shows that nothing is happening:

Posting to Flickr and other network activities work just fine. The only issue is with Lightroom sync.
