Sync stuck

From help:
"Syncing appears to be stuck. ...update.

The choise :
"Click the filter icon next to the Search bar to bring up the filter options.
From the filter bar options, choose Sync Status > Syncing. Lightroom now displays only those photos that it is trying to sync."
choose Sync Status doesn't exists.
I deleted folders Sync.lrdata cache and user.
Still trying sync completed but 23 files has status fetching

Try signing out of your Adobe Creative Cloud account, then back in again. This can resolve the issue on occassions.

Can try going to Preferences > Lightroom Sync, holding down Alt / Opt, and clicking the Rebuild Sync Data button.

 

Note this button only appears when you hold down the Alt/Option key.
