Sync to cloud working stochastically

I have problems with syncing to the apps from Lightroom classic. It seems it's working, but changes sometimes does not get synced. It seems to have something to do with images marked as picked. Those images sometimes get stucked and will not get any updates what so ever. Any changes made to them will only be mad to LR-classic, but not synched to the cloud. Not in the other direction either. Is there a way to force trigger a re-sync?
