Sync with cloud

Every time I try to sync my laptop stuff to my iPad I keep getting the something went wrong message someone please help me I don't know what to do I tried restarting the iPad tried deleting then redownloading the app again nothing works so please let me know if can help

What software are you using to do the sync? What version NUMBER? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "current' or "up-to-date".

We need to see the exact error message. If it is in your file attachment, I cannot open your (or anyone's) file attachments, please include it in your reply by clicking on the "Insert Photos" icon.
