Synch stuck in LRCC Classic

Hi, I have photos that I uploaded from iPad LRCC to adobe lightroom cloud. One of the albums I created on the iPad, did synch to my desktop LRCC Classic. I created a few more albums yesterday(on the iPad) and only the album names synched to my desktop LRCC Classic. Yet, some of the photos are in folder on my hard drive but not in LR catalog. The synching info i LRCC Classic says it is synching 1881 photos and it wont move from there. I't beem more than a day like that. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks much.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. I found and corrected the problem. I had moved my photo folder(on destop) to a new external volume and did not change the location for sinched images in preferences/Lightroom Sync.

Sign in to your account at lightroom.adobe.com. Check to make sure the All Photos total should is the same here is it is on your iPad. Also, scroll through the grid to make sure you see previews for everything. Most often the sync gets stuck during the download to Lightroom Classic because something didn't finish the upload to the cloud from the iPad.

It's possible that there is one or more images that caused the sync process to get interrupted. Do you have Sync Errors showing up in the left column under the Catalog Panel? If yes delete the errors and check to see if syncing begins again. You can also check errors in your Preferences>Sync tab.
