Synching presets to mobile

My presets are not showing in LR mobile. I have some photos synched via a collection so I know its working. Is there anything I need to do on my Mac LR to make this work with my iPad?

I am using Mac and when I try to import the presets I am unable to because the Library is hidden by default. If I open my user folder and press option I'm able to see it, though this doesn't work when trying to get the Library to display via LR. Anyone know how this is done?
