Synchronisation incomplète de LRC vers le cloud

J'ai des problèmes de synchros sur LRC sur des photos avec beaucoup de calques. Il n'envoie pas tout dans le cloud (ce alors que je suis en vert la liste est vide), quand je récupère sur Lightroom mobile il en manque régulièrement je dois jouer avec l'historique des versions pour retrouver la dernière.

Tout est en dernière version et je n’ai pas de problème signalé dans Lightroom web.

​@Sameer K je me suis mal exprimé, c’est la synchro mobile qui semble poser problème. Sur lightroom web, je n’ai pas tous les calques réalisés sur lightroom mobile. De ce fait lightroom classic ne récupère pas la bonne version.

Oh! Thanks for the update. That makes sense. So, we can follow the same workflow that I suggested above, but exclude Lightroom Classic for once.

Also, check the deleted folder in Lightroom mobile and empty it.

Hey, @Kyonyx Photo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

Are you seeing a difference in edits that are synced, or images in misplaced collections/albums? Does this happen when you're working with a specific set of images, collections, or kinds of edits?


Please share more details, such as the exact Lightroom version, the mobile device, the operating system, screenshots, and video recordings of what you see. Also, make some obvious/extreme edits (+/- 100) and verify this further.


With two different sets of images, edited on Lightroom Classic & Lightroom mobile, complete the sync & log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4gsqGH3) and check which Lightroom surface is having trouble syncing with Lightroom Web.

    Merci pour ton aide.

    J’utilise la version 15.51 pour LRC, version 18.5.1 Camera Raw. Lightroom Web version 11.5.31 sur un Samsung S24 Ultra sous Android 16 One UI 8.5. Mon problème concerne des modifications faites sur Lightroom mobile, que je ne retrouve pas sur Lightroom classic, quand je travaille sur des photos en noir et blanc qui ont beaucoup de claques.

    Alors en regardant bien les différentes versions sur mobile, web et classic, le problème semble venir de la synchro entre le mobile et le cloud/web. Je travaille ma photo sur mobile, la version affichée sur mobile et synchronisée est la bonne. Ensuite sur le web et classic j’obtiens une version plus antérieur avec moins de calques. Quand j’ouvre cette photo sur classic, elle s’affiche donc avec ces calques manquants, cela synchronise cette info dans le cloud, du coup je récupère cette mauvaise version sur mobile où je suis obligé d’aller dans les versions pour trouver celle qui est la bonne avec tous les calques.

    Thanks for the update. Good to know that Lightroom mobile is syncing to Lightroom Web correctly, so we won't revisit that.


    For images with multiple masks (layers), syncing can take slightly longer. For now,

    1 - Pause Syncing in Lightroom Classic

    2 - Go to Lightroom Web & add flags/ratings, or make minor edits to these images.

    3 - Resume sync in Lightroom Classic & wait for the sync to finish.


    If it does not work now, for Lightroom Classic, we can use the diagnostic report to learn more about this. In Lightroom Classic, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and hold the ALT/OPT Key to generate a Diagnostic report. Upload the report to any cloud file-sharing service, share the link here, or send it to me directly from my profile.
