Synchronisation incomplete of collections

Hello everyone, I'm currently having an issue i can't manage to fix myself.

My Lr CC is running on my Windows 10 computer and i have a one for all library in it that holds every images i've taken. Every images with a certain rating goes either in a "saving" dynamic collection or in a "portfolio" dynamic collection based on the stars given. In my case the saving collection has something around 500 images and 100+ for the portfolio one. Then i have a folder that has 2 copies of the dynamic collections but not dynamic to sync them with my cloud in order to find them in Lr on my other devices (iphone/ipad). The thing is that since they are not dynamic at all unlike the 2 that they are meant to stricly copy/paste, whenever i make a change in my ratings or add images, to save me some time, i just clean out the collection completly and select all images in the refering dynamic collection (Ctrl+A) and clic and drag in the normal synced collection. It's important to note that when i do this, i previously clean out completly my cloud by erasing any images left in the bin. However, when the images are syncing, some will, some will not and the Sync cloud at the right top end of Lr CC will keep running forever while the Lr collection will be incomplete forever. I can't find the origin of the problem. When i repeat the process, the same images will sync while the others won't.

If someone could help me with that, it'll be much appreciated. Thanks !

Try this: There are two plugins that allow you to sync smart collections from LR Classic to LR Cloud, Any Source and Smart-Collection Sync.  They both work the same way -- they sync from the smart collection to a dumb collection within LR, and you enable cloud-sync on the dumb collection.

Hi, it didn't suited me as the plugins were not free, therefore it wasn't really the solution I searched for.

 

However, after a long in depth search I managed to find the issue. It was due to Lr classic cc that held the files as "already synced". They weren't synced in the collections themselves but on the top of the "intelligent folders" there was the folder with synced images holding them as synced even though they weren't. I deleted all the files in this folder and started a new sync cycle through the copies of the smart collections and it worked perfectly.

i'm not having issues anymore since then.
