Synchronisation does not work in LR classic in the develop mode

Ik heb een aantal foto's in lightroom geimporteerd. Ik bewerk 1 foto met de basisbewerkingen: lichten - schaduwen - contrasten. In de foto ernaast wil ik dezelfde bewerkingen toepassen. Dat doe ik met de knop 'synchroniseren'. Als ik deze knop aanklik loopt het complete Lightroom systeem vast. Ik kan geen enkele actie meer doen, zelfs het afsluiten lukt niet. Ik kan alleen mijn pc afsluiten en opnieuw opstarten en dan opnieuw in Lightroom werken maar dan zonder de synchronisatie knopt te gebruiken. Ik heb een pc en windows. Can you provide more detail about how and what you are doing and what LrC is not doing?

if I have edited 1 photo with the basic settings light/dark etc and I want to synchronize the photo next to it with this so that that photo also gets the edits, LR does not respond
