Question

Synchronisation stuck with LrC v15

Hello,

Since I've upgraded to LrC v15 on Windows 11, I start using more and more the synchronisation feature, in order to use either Lighroom edition to process my photos.

However, at some point, I looked at the synchronisation status in the little cloud available in the upper right corner of LrC, and it shows that 51 photos are being synchronized. But this stays forever.

After some research on the web, I've displayed the sync status on the web that actually shows the list of photos with sync issues. I've removed all photos in this list and it is now empty. See attached screenshot Pbs de synchro 1.png.

I didn't see any change.

Then when opening the list of photos being synced (see attached screenshot Sync 1.png), I reviewed this list and removed the photos from the synced collections from 2 folders:

\\nas01\Bruts\Photos\2023\2023-05-06 2023-05-13 Voyage en Toscane\2023-05-07 3 Visite de la Crypte de la cathédrale de Sienne\Canon EOS 6D Mark II (cr2)

and

\\nas01\Bruts\Photos\2023\2023-05-06 2023-05-13 Voyage en Toscane\2023-05-07 4 Visite du Palazzo Pubblico et du Palazzo Pubblico de Sienne\Canon EOS 6D Mark II (cr2)

but nothing changed in this list.

Can you please confirm that the list of photos shown in the attached screenshot Sync 1.png is really the photos being snynchronized?

Is there anything I'm missing to get this sorted out?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Hi @DenisPac! Thanks for reaching out!
I noticed there are 449 images in your deleted folder. Could you try emptying that folder and then syncing again to see if that helps?
Let us know how it goes!

Hi @Aleke,

I've emptied the trash folder and it didn't change anything.

I then removed from the All synced photos the photos that were stuck.

Then, I could add again the photos, but only in certain rate. Not all at the same time for a very few folders.

Now I'm facing new stuck photos (see attached) that I even didn't touched!

Is there any log I could review?

Thanks

Note that I could get the previous stuck list by just adding a new photo to sync in another folder.

Not very stable I would say.
