HELP

Hello Judith - Can you confirm that you have ticked the checkbox on your collections for them to sync? Look in the left-most side of the column to the left of the name of the collection. There, you should see a rectangle with a lightening bolt. It can be easily missed.

You can check the status of what is synced by tapping on the cloud icon in the upper right corner - the last icon in the module switcher row.

Hello, many thanks for your reply ! Unfortunately the lightening bolt does not appear on any of  my collections that I have created through hard drives :

I have tried right clicking on it and selecting Sync folder but nothing happens

Do you have sync paused? You can see this under the cloud icon. Please post a screenshot showing your collections panel expanded? The screen shot cuts off. It is the collections that need to be synced in order to access the smart previews across all devices. Your collections only exist within Lightroom. You will not see your collections on your hard drives unless you export them and add them to your catalog during the export process.
