Synchronization failing

If I ask Lightroom Classic to synchronize a couple of photo's that are contained in a folder it just does not happen. Message in the cloud symbol upper right hand: 'synchronizing 3 photos' but this is endless, they don't appear in the cloud. Only after closing down Lightroom and restart, the synchronization is finishing correctly.

Version 12.3 (but already happening since a couple of versions)

    Hey @ceesjw. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'll help you figure this out.

     

    Before troubleshooting, please update Lightroom Classic on Windows to the latest v12.4 from the Creative Cloud desktop app & then launch it & keep it idle for some time.

     

    Try this:

    • Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & add star ratings & flags to some images & wait for the attributes to sync to Lightroom Classic.
    • While on Lightroom Web, check for a category called Sync issues & find the originals for the images under Sync issues & back them up locally, away from Lightroom Classic & Lightroom ecosystem.
