Synchronization with cloud not working correctly.

Since some weeks synchronization from Adobe Cloud to Lightroom Classic (V12.4 on Windows 10 Home) doesn’t work anymore.

When adding a picture in LR Classic to the synchronized files, this appears right away in the Cloud environment (LR Mobile Android or iOS). But changes on these files in LR Mobile are not synchronized back into LR Classic. No synchronisation problem showed in status.

When adding new files in LR Mobile in synchronized folders these files are also not synchronized to LR Classic, as before. Here LR Classic shows as staus "pending", but nothing happens.

Before this bug (most probably caused with last LR update) synchronization between LR Classic and Adobe Cloude worked without any problems.

Many thanks for your help.

Frank

Try if it helps to rebuild sync data:

- Open the Sync tab in the preferences

- Hold down the Alt key - this reveals a button to rebuild the sync data

- Click on the rebuild

I have experienced this issue too. However I notice that if I walk away, synchronization does happen but, at least in my case, it took more than 24 hours. Note that Lr Classic indicated that synchronization was complete although nothing happened until that time had passed. Strangely, I thought that I would disable synchronization in Lr Classic and then come back the next day  and re enable it - to see if synchronization would then occur. BUT, when I cam back to Lr on the web and Lr mobile synchronization occured anyway (Lr Classic -> the web and mobile). Really, who knows what is going on with the synchronization logic!

This is time consuming and did nothing to solve the problem for me.
