Syncing issues are getting out of hand

Syncing problems have reached a critical point, rendering Lightroom almost unusable as a cross-device application. I find myself spending more time troubleshooting syncing issues than actually editing. The frustrating cycle repeats weekly, and I've reached a breaking point.

For a few days, syncing appears to work, I get a green checkmark in LrC, even though many images, when I try to open them in LR, don't have any edits synced. That became a minor issue. The main issue is that after a few days of working, when I import new images, even though sometimes as little as 5 images, the syncing gets stuck for days! Every time I', naive enough to think that this time it will work on its own. It doesn't. After a few days I get fed up and I start pausing/unpausing, opening/closing Lightroom Classic and after a while of doing this, the syncing gets unstuck and finishes. Sometimes I have to do this for a long time. Then it appears to work for a couple of days and happens all over again.

I've attempted the "Rebuild Sync Data" process multiple times, a task that took over a week to complete. Regrettably, it provided no resolution. In a more drastic measure, I deleted all data from LR and LR mobile, initiating a fresh import. Yet, this, too, failed to alleviate the syncing issues.

Is there any additional step I can take, or is this a predicament only solvable by Adobe?

So far, the only thing that appears to solve the issue is signing out of Creative Cloud apps and signing back in. It got stuck three times in the last couple of days and it worked immediately after doing this.

I mean, it's a thing, but c'mon... every time I do anything in Lightroom, I have to do this? Why?
