Syncing problems since 15.2

When I create a new collection in Lightroom Classic 15.2 in order to sync photos from my Mac to other devices (iPad + iPhone), sometimes none of the photos will sync, sometimes a couple only will. What is strange is that if I stay in the Collection folder and make a virtual copy of an “unsyncable” photo and make edits to it, that virtual copy will get synced, but the original photo will remain unsynced.

When I look at “diagnostic” in the Synch section of the settings, all it will say under “Error/Synch details” is “Image”, which is not helpful at all. I’ve tried rebuilding the sync data more than once, but it didn’t work.

I never used to have sync problems before 15.2, so I hope this can be fixed. Thanks!

    @Sameer K Hi, thanks for checking-in.

    The problems I had were solved by the release of the .1 version, so all is good.

    I had tried using the CC version for synching, but it wasn’t working either.

    Hi @madesco, Thanks for reaching out! Let’s try to get your collection syncing properly. Here is a troubleshooting guide for when your Photos are stuck syncing: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/stuck-syncing.html. This can help you get started on figuring out the issue.

    If none of these steps work, can you send us your system info?  You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. I hope this helps! ^CH

    Hello,

    None of the three solutions in that page work, alas. No “Sync error” folder, no “Synch status” filter, no blue icons in “Deleted”

    Here’s hoping you can do something with the system info! Thanks!
