Syncing shows complete but the collections are different in Classic and mobile

Hi,

The Classic Lightroom shows complete but the collections in Lightroom mobile are different.

How do so get the syncing to work so all collections in Lightroom Classic mirror (sync) with my Lightroom app?

I tried to right click next to their collections in Lightroom classic but the syncing option does not appear. I think it is supposed to be in the drop down menu.

Please help!
