System crashes unexpectedly when importing DNG from DJI mini3

I'm still dealing with an unexpected crash when working with DNG files from the DJI mini3. I have new WIN11 Current versions of Lightroom. In the event of a fall, the entire system will freeze and restart. If I process RAW from my Canon, no problem occurs. Has anyone solved a similar problem? I had the entire computer checked, the technician said it was perfectly fine.
