ive a lightroom 6 standalone that i have on another pc. i spoke with someone on adobe yesterday who said i could use on 2 computers. i entered the codes but got a message back , my laptop wasnt 16 bit. what can i do

What does the message really say? Lightroom 6 requires a 64-bit operating system.
