Your current driver (30.0.15.1296) is six months old.  Update to the latest driver at Nvidia.com, which was released just a few days ago.

Here's how to get the latest drivers. Nvidia has "Game Ready" drivers, the latest of which is from a few days ago, and "Studio" drivers (supposedly optimized for creative apps like Photoshop and LR), the latest of which is from last month.  Both are newer than what you have installed.  Try both.
