Which Photography Membership have you purchased?: there are three different ones.

There are two separate Lightroom applications:

    • Lightroom CC - requires Windows 10
    • Lightroom Classic CC - requires Windows 7 or Windows 10

Are you trying to run CC or Classic CC?

Are you running Windows 7 or Windows 10?

I can understand this issue if you're installing CC but not Classic CC.

If you're definitely installing Classic CC then it's complaining for some other reason than your version of Windows.
