Template Browser Missing

Hello! I recently downloaded Lightroom 5 and I've been watching tutorials on YouTube. I'm trying to create my own template for a collage, but noticed I don't have the "Template Browser" tab on the left hand side. How do I get this tab? Thank you in advance!

Note: The tabs I do have: Navigator, Catalog, Folders, Collections and Publish Services. When right clicking on the side panel, it doesn't even give me the option for select Template Browser.

You need to be in the Print module to see the Template Browser. From your description, it seems you are in the Library module. Click on the Print text on the upper right corner of the screen to go in the Print module.

You seem to be in the Library. You can see the Templates only in the modules where they make sense.

Change to Develop, Print ... modules to see them.
