Terrible performance issues with LrC last few days MacBook Pro M1 16gb

Last three days, I started experiencing vast problems with LrC performance. For example, in the video below, I am using the "Spot Removal" instrument that usually works very quickly. These days, it takes seconds, sometimes up to 10 seconds for the same actions. During this action executing the mouse cursor completely stop working for a few seconds. Also, the Activity Monitor shows significant CPU usage. Up to 500% (not sure how this value has to have any sense). Turning GPU usage off doesn't help. I don't have any face recognition active processes as well. I use internal MacBook memory to store photos, not an external device.

The current catalog is tiny. It has only 19 photos. Computer restart doesn't help as well.
I am also experiencing application crashes very often. For example, right after that capture, the LrC crashed without any reason.
It's almost impossible to work with Mac right now. Before I used a Windows laptop with the latest i5 u-series processor (this one is pretty slow) without any GPU on board and it worked much better than the new MacBook Pro 14" M1 with 16Gb.
Could somebody help me find a solution, please?
