Tethered Capture no longer works / freezes / spinning wheel

I have the updated 13.2 version. Tethered capture was working recently, but now freezes and I have to force quit. I tried it multiple times, closed the program/re-opened it, and still nothing.

Any other tips/advice?

I dont remember doing any updates before the issue began.

Just uninstalled LRC and reinstalled it. Same issue. LRC getting stuck in same spot and not responding.

I've had my 5d mkiii set up with my tether cable and haven't had any issues in the past. I was shooting all day yesterday and didn't have a problem. Today, I started shooting fine, took a break, when I started up again, LRC would get stuck on the setup screen where you choose where the files are saved.
