Tethered capture wont transfer images but i can control camera

Hello everyone, I need help with lightroom please. This is a thread capture. I have three laptops and it works on all of them. I bought a new one and there is a problem with moving the photos to the computer, the camera is connected to the laptop but the photos are not downloaded to the program. I can control it with a computer, change values, even take photos, but the photo transfer does not work. Does anyone have experience with this?
